Studio policies
Please arrive ten minutes before your first appointment so we can check you in and go through your skin history together. It gives us the time we need to plan the best treatment for you.
We hold your room for fifteen minutes. After that we may shorten the treatment or rebook you, so that the next client isn't kept waiting.
Change or cancel up to 24 hours before at no cost. Later cancellations and missed appointments carry a $40 fee, credited to your next visit if you rebook within a month.
We take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Velin Ledger balances and gift cards. Payment is taken at the end of each visit; bundles can be split across three months.
